3. Estimates, published pricing, and the instant estimate tool

Plain terms: The ranges are real numbers built from real completed roofs. They are ranges, not final prices. Your final price comes from an inspection.

We publish real pricing information because we believe you deserve it before you ever talk to us. Here is exactly what it is and is not:

• Published prices and price ranges reflect our real completed projects and current pricing at the time of publication. They are illustrative of what projects like yours typically cost.
• The instant estimate tool measures your roof from satellite imagery and produces a price range based on our completed local projects. It is an estimate range, not an offer, a contract, or a final price.
• Every roof has details satellite imagery cannot see. Your final price is determined by a free on-site inspection and provided to you in writing. Only a signed written agreement creates a contract between us.
• Prices change over time with material and labor costs. We update the site, but the numbers in effect for your project are the ones in your written agreement.

4. Payment calculator and financing information

The payment calculator illustrates what monthly payments could look like for different project sizes. It is an educational tool only. It is not a loan offer, a credit decision, or a quote of terms available to you. Financing is provided by third-party lenders, is subject to credit approval, and actual terms depend on the lender’s evaluation.

5. Reviews and ratings

Ratings and review counts displayed on this site are drawn live from our Google Business Profile. They reflect real customer reviews on Google at the time your page loads. We do not edit or curate them.

6. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and normally. You will not attempt to break, overload, scrape at abusive volume, probe, or interfere with the site, its forms, or its tools; misrepresent your identity in forms; or use the site to send spam or unlawful communications. The estimate tool is for homeowners and buyers evaluating real projects, not for bulk data extraction.

The content on this site, including text, photography of our work, graphics, and design, belongs to Bealing Roofing & Exteriors, LLC or is used with permission. You may view, share links to, and print pages for personal use. You may not republish our content commercially without our written permission. (If you want to cite or feature our pricing research, ask us. We usually say yes.)

8. Third-party links and tools

The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as YouTube, Google Maps, and review platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Plain terms: We stand behind our roofing work through written agreements and real warranties. This section just says a web page is not one of those.
